I sat here all night and watched the horror unfold in Dallas. I have been deeply saddened over the loss of life this week in Dallas and elsewhere. 

Zoe means life in Greek. We need more life and less death.

Today, I honor the men and women who serve and protect our country.

Zoe is no longer under the sheep poodle moniker. She shed a lot of hair this particular day, or rather, should I say she had it sheared off during “poodle day at the parlor!” They sent her home with this cute yellow bandana.

Zoe Meme #80: Empathy

I got a call this week from a lifelong friend who broke his leg, requiring screws and plates. 

Zoe broke her front leg (common for toy poodles) in 2015, resulting in a surgery, screws, and a plate. 

She asked me to share her empathetic pain with him in her usual cheesy style. We talked it over and decided to be sincere and skip all cheese this time!
